上海交大、美國海寶、美國BURNY10/澳大利亞FastCNC、加拿大Profiler多種數控系統可供選擇。
Choice:the system developed by Shanghai Jiaotong University,American Hypertherm,American BURNY 10,Ausrralia FastCNC or Canada Profiler.
3、縱向導軌Longitudinal rail
采用U71Mn重軌精加工而成。

可根據客戶需求裝配數控火焰單割炬、噴粉劃線割炬、沖打裝置、等離子機用割炬或直線三割炬。還可加裝自動調高裝置。
According to user’s requirement assenble CNC flame single torch,power-spray torch,stamping unit,plasma mechanical torch or linear triple cutting torch,and also fit auto igniter and auto height controller.
5、自動點火裝置Auto igniter
采用低壓AC24V供電方式，安全、可靠、成功率高。
The power supply of low-voltage block of igniter is AC24V,safe and reliable,guaranteeing high probability of sussessful ignition. | 6、氣體分配管排Pneumatic pipe arrangement 7、裝有氣體止回器，保證設備工期安全可靠。

切割機主梁Mainframe
橫梁采用焊接方梁結構，通過回火消除機械應力，然后緊密機械加工而成，保證橫梁*不變形，其強度高，剛性好。其上裝配高精度精磨導軌和精密鋼制齒輪齒條，保證橫向可靠的運功精度。橫向齒條用螺栓固定在橫梁上，方便更換及調整。
The beam is welded into shape and stress-relicved through tempering intergrally,then gone through finishing machanical processing,with high intensity and good rigidity,ensuring beam won’t transfigure forever.Precise guide-way,gear and rack are assembled on it,ensuring transverse precision.Transverse rack is fived with bolt onto beam for for easy replacement and adjustment in time. | 8橫向拖鏈Tramsverse drag-chain
用于數控割炬的氣管電纜傳動，具有連續抗疲勞工作能力。
Used in transmission for cuting toreh’s gas pipe:with continuous anti-weariness working capacity.
9、鋼帶傳動機構Steel hand transmission unit
從動托板通過鋼帶完成與主動托板同步運動。
Thru steel-hand,idler carriage moves with driving one simultaneity.
10、縱向驅動端梁Longitudinal driving side-beam
主驅動側裝有水平導向輪，保證整機在運行過程中具有穩定的導向。驅動架兩端表面分別裝有刮削板，隨時刮掃積聚在導軌表面的雜物。
One side of driving frame is fit with horizonal control roller,making stable running of entire machine during working.There are scrapers at both sides of driving beam for scraping sundries amassed on rail surface all the while. |
