sfm-ls8系列書空車床的結構特點
該系列書空車床系列按照流行的斜床身結構需要設計。與原來斜床身結構有所不同。具有新思路、新起點、有新的發展。形成新的斜床身數控車床系列，起特點如下：
1、 底座床身一體化結構，后傾30度，整體剛性高，對關鍵部位提高了固有頻率，可獲得*加工精度。
2、 導軌副用直線滑動導軌，運動靈活、精度高、為提高抗震性，采用阻尼塊的結構，使運動副有*的定位精度和工作精度。
3、 床頭箱設計采用對稱結構，考慮散熱均勻減小熱變形對精度的影響，使主軸保持穩定的工作精度。
4、 主軸精確計算*的支撐距，合理設計主軸的結構，主軸軸承的預緊力用工裝和測量儀保證。使主軸系統達到高精度、高剛度、高速度的要求。
5、 z軸放置在主導軌之間*位置，運動平穩，配合良好潤滑和絲桿預拉伸，確保z軸的加工精度。
6、 高剛性的臥式刀裝置。采用大齒盤定位，定位精度高，夾緊力大。適合各種強力切削。
7、 選用自動對刀裝置。可將刀尖位置數據輸入到系統，大大減少對刀換刀的輔助時間，提高工作效率。
8、 采用模塊化的設計，選取多種功能部件，各種數控系統，滿足不同層次用戶的要求。
9、 采用全封閉防護，三防效果好，造型美觀，色彩適宜，宜人性好，使人有輕松的感覺。
10、冷卻箱獨立放置，減少切削過程對主機的影響。高揚程的冷卻泵,全可以沖走鐵屑，實現冷卻及傾屑的作用。

1、 integrated base and bed body structure,lean backwaed in 450 . the total rigidity is high. the key part canenhance the inherent frequency and obtain optinal accuracy.
2、 the guide rail pair adopts linear roll column guide rail. the movement is flexible and accuracy is high. in order to enhance the anti-vibration performance, adopt damper block structure. which can make the movement pair have optimal position accuracy and roughness of work piece?
3、 bed head box design adopts symmetrical structure. take into account the equal heal dissipation reduce the influence caused by heat distortion to the accuracy and makes the spindle keep its work accuracy.
4、 the spindle accuray calculates the optimal offset distance.the structure of spindle is designed reasonably.pe-stress of pindle bearing is guaranteed by the special tool and measurements instruments,which can make the spindle system,meet the requirements of high precision,high rigidity and speed.
5、 z-axis is placed in the optimal position between the main guide rails.the movement is stable.equipped with good lubrication and leading screw pre-stretching,the processing accuracy of z-axis is guaranteed.
6、 the horizontal carriage with high rigidity is positioned by large gear.the position accuracy is high,with large clamping force.it is suitable for cutting with any kind of strong force.
