1 概述 Overview
ALP220-PT 系列智能型低壓PT保護（以下簡稱 ALP220-PT），適用于額定電壓為 400V、額定頻率為 50Hz
的低壓系統。產品具備完善的保護、測量、控制與監視功能，為低壓系統的保護與控制提供了完整的解決方
案，同時還具有體積小，結構緊湊，安裝方便等優勢。

400V and rated frequency of 50Hz. ALP220-PT intelligent low-voltage PT protector, due to perfect protection, measurement, control and monitoring functions, not only provides a complete solution for low voltage system
protection and control, but also has the advantages of small size, compact structure and easy installation. ALP220-PT 系列產品集保護、測量、總線通訊為一體，提供面板指示、信號報警、故障/報警記錄及開關
量記錄等功能。可以廣泛使用于煤礦、石化、冶煉、電力、船舶、以及民用建筑等領域。
ALP220-PT series products have integrated protection, measurement, control and modbus communication into
one and provided panel indication, signal alarm, trip alarm record and switch quantity record and other functions, applying to coal mine, petrifaction, smelting, electricity, ship and civil architecture and other fields. ALP220-PT 系列產品具有以下特點：
ALP220-PT series products have the following characteristics:
■ 輔助電源支持 AC 85V～265V/DC 110V～350V。
■ The auxiliary power supply (APS) supports AC 85V～265V/DC 110V～350. ■ 測量功能包括保護回路的電壓測量和其他參數如接地電壓的測量。
■ The measurement function includes the voltage measurement of protection circuit and the measurement of
other parameters such as grounding voltage. ■ 具有低電壓三段式保護、過電壓保護、零序過電壓保護、電壓不平衡保護、PT 斷線保護、小車位置
保護、聯動保護等功能。
■ It has low voltage three-stage protection, overvoltage protection, zero-sequence overvoltage
protection, voltage imbalance protection, PT disconnection protection, trolley position
protection and other functions. ■ 具有 5 路 DI 無源干接點輸入，信號電源采用內置 DC24V 電源，另外可選配濕接點開關量輸入。
■ 5-circuit DI passive dry contact input and signal power adopts built-in DC24V power supply.Optional wet
contact switching value input is also available. ■ 具有 4 路 DO 輸出，可用于保護控制。
■ 4-circuit DO output is used to protection and control . ■ 具有 2 路標準的 RS-485 通訊接口，采用 Modbus-RTU，保證了上位機通訊的快速可靠。
■ It has 2-circuit standard RS-485 communication interface and ModbusRTU is adopted, which has
guaranteed the rapid and reliable upper computer communication. ■ 具有 1 路 DC 4-20mA 模擬量輸出接口，可設定多項模擬量參數。

■ It has 1-circuit DC4-20mA analog output interface and can set several analog parameters. ■ 具有系統時鐘和 8 次故障/報警記錄功能，系統時鐘記錄當前時間（日、時、分、秒），故障記錄功
能記錄故障原因。
■ It has system clock and can record 8 failures. The system clock will record the current time (day, hour, minute, second) and the failure record function will record the failure cause. ■ 具有 8 次 DI 動作記錄功能，記錄 DI 動作時間及狀態。
■ It has 8 times of DI operation recording functions to record the DI operation time and status. ■ 采用全中文液晶顯示界面。

ALP220-PT低壓PT保護 外形尺寸及安裝開孔尺寸如圖 1 所示，ALP220-PT 采用嵌入式安裝，按照開孔尺寸在柜體表面
開好安裝孔，通過鎖緊件固定在柜體表面上。（單位：mm）
ALP220-PT appearance and installation hole opening dimension are shown in Figure 1.ALP220-PT shall adopt
embedded installation: open the mounting hole on the cabinet surface according to hole size and fix on cabinet
