-全自動(dòng)壓鑄壓鑄去水口機(jī)，屬于五金鋅合金壓鑄機(jī)生產(chǎn)的后續(xù)自動(dòng)化加工去水口工藝設(shè)備，產(chǎn)品的機(jī)械特性如下：

-采用雙超聲波工作，能對(duì)更大噸位壓鑄機(jī)坯件進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品與渣包的分離。

-該設(shè)備也適應(yīng)雙模芯組合模具、流道、渣包排布部確定性的壓鑄坯件進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單的流道與產(chǎn)品、渣包分離、真正做到換模不用調(diào)機(jī)。

-分離作業(yè)過(guò)程中、產(chǎn)品一次性完成分離且不與設(shè)備任何夾具接觸、能夠保護(hù)產(chǎn)品的完整性。

-來(lái)料檢測(cè)利用新一代技術(shù)、阻攔短路的檢測(cè)方式、定位更精準(zhǔn)、解決了采用光纖檢測(cè)方式、光纖器件脆弱性易順懷、多故障的問(wèn)題。

-This equipment is also suitable for simple separation of flow channels from products and slag packages in die-casting billets with multiple die cores, flow channels, and deterministic slag package layout. It can also choose to break the punch line into the material inlet and then pass, solving the problem of difficult product separation due to the hard inlet.
