YHXK320活塞環(huán)自動修口機技術(shù)特點 Technical characters:
1.整機PLC控制（濕式修口機）。
2.加工活塞環(huán)zui大厚度厚環(huán)一片，薄環(huán)二片環(huán)。
3.自動送料對中機構(gòu)采用高精度滾珠直線導(dǎo)軌和附磁中心搖擺氣缸組成。
4.壓料裝置由附磁輕型氣缸和伸出調(diào)速阻尼油缸組成。
5.高精度磨頭能進行雙速調(diào)整，砂輪縱、橫向調(diào)整采用表顯.
6.送料、壓料和出料自動理環(huán)，采用電、氣聯(lián)鎖安全防護。

3、Automatic feeding alignment includes high precision ball linear guide and swing cylinder attached magnetic center.
4、Magnetic light-type air cylinder and speed-regulate damping oil cylinder compose a stable feeding unit.
5、Wheelhead has two optional speed. It is displayed on panel for longitudinal and latitudinal adjustment of grinding wheel.
6.The piston rings are tidied up automatically when discharged. Interlock unit for safety.

主要用途 Main purpose:
本機型分為干式和濕式兩種，濕式是采用冷卻液進行修口冷卻、修口不燒傷特別適合鋼質(zhì)環(huán)、球鐵環(huán)修口，也可用于干修口（合金鑄鐵環(huán)），并可連接于活塞環(huán)自動加工線上使用。
