◆用途和特點：USES and features
本機器適用于任何粉末的壓制成型。能適應鐵基、銅基、鎢、鉬、錳、硼等金屬粉末及其合金 粉末的壓制。采用浮動模具壓制時，本機可起到雙向壓制的效果。本機器設有復位精度高、可調整 的限程裝置。可使制件的軸向尺寸精度大大提高。本機器具有獨立的動力機構和電器系統，并采用 按鈕集中控制。全部動作能自動控制。可實現自動循環、半自動循環和各動作的手動（調整）單一 動作。本機器的工作壓力、壓制速度、行程范圍均可根據工藝需要進行調整，并能完成定壓和定程 成型兩種工作方式。定壓成型之工藝方式在壓制后具有加壓和自動延時回程動作。定程成型之工藝 方式在壓制加壓過程中滿足制件成型需要需要后碰到行程開關即自動回程動作。
This machine is a special apparatus designed according to the user’s requirement. It’s suitable for forming of different powder,such as ferreous base,copper base,wolfram,molybde num,titanium,manganese,boron etc.,ａnd powers of their alloys.When a floating die is adopted,the machine canperform opposing pressing.This machine has an adjustable limiting devia of hig precision restoration,which ensure high precision of axial dimension of work-pieces.The machine is equipped with independent driving mechanism,independent electric system and centralized push button control,which automatize the operation.The machine can perform its processes in rotation automatically or semiautom atically.Also,the operator can actuate mamually(adjustment) each sigle process.The pressure,speed and stroke distance of this machine are adjustable.Two kinds of working methode i.e.Ficced pressure and fixed stroke are selectable.When working under fixed pressure,the machine can perform re-press will reverse automatically when the stroke-switch is hit after the process completed.
