冷凍夾盤系統
『利用水的凍結，將欲夾持的工件作固定，即是冷凍夾盤的簡單功能介紹』當需要將工件作固定，作切削、量測、固定、裝配…等用途，而又發現工件無法采取一般常用的方式夾持時，冷凍夾盤恰好可以提供一個適當的夾持方式與對策。
原理與技術資料：
?AFP (=空氣冷凍盤)利用循環空氣原理來產生冷空氣，夾盤可與任何空氣壓力機連結。
?需要6-10 bar壓力來達到工作壓力-6°C至-10°C。(6-10 bar系指環境溫度20°C，或不超過27°C)
?啟動EFP夾具上的開關即可開始解凍動作(利用空氣壓力將冷空氣抽出夾具)

Principal and technical details
?AFP (=air freeze plate) generates cold air by using circulating air principal, chuck can be connected to any air pressure supply
?6 -10 bar pressure are required for working temperature of -6 to -10°C (6-10 bar at environmental temperature of 20°C however also pressured air not over 27°C!)
?Thaw process begins by using switch on AFP chuck (air pressure draws the cold out of the chuck
