高精度數控車床是星火公司在充分吸收當制造技術，在原有SOMAB公司制造經驗基礎上，自主開發的新一代數控機床，可根據用戶需求，進行模塊化設計，配置3軸、4軸、5軸聯動功能。
High precision CNC lathe, is a new generation CNC lathe which is fully absorbed in leading manufacturing technology in the world, on the basis of original SOMAB company manufacturing experience, independent developed by our SPARK Company. Modular design and configuration of 3 axis, 4 axis and 5 axis linkage function according to user requirements.
床身采用高強度牌號HT300整體45度鑄造，并進行二次燜火熱處理工藝，具有高精度、高穩定性等特點。可根據用戶需要配置直線導軌，或者鑲鋼導軌，普通淬火導軌不同配置。
The material of bed is made of high strength HT300 and 45 degree integral casting, and the bed is in processof secondary anneal heat treatment, has characteristics of high precision and high stability. Can be equipped linear guide way, set of steel guide way or quenching guide way according to user’s requirement.
主軸結構采用高精度主軸專用軸承，并進行合理組配和跨距設計，使主軸獲得高剛性、高精度的性能;并可根據需求，方便配置C軸功能，配合動力刀架實現車銑復合功能。并可根據需要配置液壓動力卡盤，三爪自定心卡盤。
