用途及特點
DX20 型活塞環數控側邊定位磨床是集國內外目前手動機床之優點，采用數控裝置和伺服電機自行設計制造的自動機床。其特點有：
1 、利用伺服電機和滾珠絲桿及直線軸承將活塞環通過過渡套一并送進加工套里（約80mm 軸向長度）。即壓料系統和送料系統（二軸）。
2 、完成好送料后，由伺服電機保持環的軸向位置不變。再由推料伺服電機將環推到成型金剛石砂輪上方進行磨加工。
3 、砂輪形狀可根據加工環圓弧大小而定制，砂輪高低可調整（微調）。
4 、本機床采用廣數980 數控系統，日本安川伺服電機和驅動器。
5 、電氣柜采用熱交換器（空調）制冷，除濕。
6 、本機床砂輪處備有吸塵口，由客戶進行除塵接口。
USES and features
DX20 piston ring type nc side positioning is grinding machine with the advantages of the manual machine tools at home and abroad, using numerical control device and servo motor design and manufacturing of special automatic machine. Its characteristics are:
