　　AKM-CHJ光纖連續式激光焊接機工作原理

　　主要由光纖激光器連續工作，產生高質量光束，用于薄壁材料的快速焊接，激光焊接屬于熱傳導型焊接，通過激光輻射加熱工件，控制激光參數使工件熔化形成熔池，實現焊接，可將熱量降到的需要量，熱影響區變化范圍小，且因熱傳導所導致的變形。整機設備CCD可視系統，隨時監測焊接系統、隨時監測焊接過程。光纖激光器是新一代近紅外光譜范圍半導體泵浦的脈沖光纖激光器，它具有良好的光束質量，光纖輸出和高的電光轉換效率等特點，主要用于焊接薄壁材料和快速焊接，焊接過程屬熱傳導型，即激光輻射加熱工件表面，表面熱量通過熱傳導向內部擴散，通過控制激光脈沖的寬度、能量、峰值功率和重復頻率等參數，使工件熔化，形成特定的熔池。由于其*的特點，已成功大量應用于微、小型零件焊接中。
