■機(jī)床由底座、立柱、一個(gè)主軸箱（滑臺(tái)）、 夾具、排屑器等組成。

■主軸箱和鏜刀*運(yùn)動(dòng)采用伺服電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)，滾珠絲杠、直線導(dǎo)軌結(jié)構(gòu)。

■主軸電機(jī)通過同步帶帶動(dòng)主軸旋轉(zhuǎn)。

■工件通過下壓式夾具固定在工作臺(tái)上，配置卸料氣缸在加工完成后將工件推出。

■通過主軸*的旋轉(zhuǎn)和上下移動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn)工件的鏜削加工。

■機(jī)床配置整體防護(hù)罩，適用大流量冷卻加工，可有效保證加工精度。

■主軸往復(fù)改為伺服電機(jī)控制，滾珠絲杠、直線導(dǎo)軌結(jié)構(gòu)，可實(shí)現(xiàn)主軸精確分段進(jìn)給功能，無級(jí)調(diào)速

鏜床夾具

■機(jī)床采用氣動(dòng)下壓式夾具、配套可更換U型定位裝置。可根據(jù)客戶要求訂做自定心式夾具及固定式夾具。適用于工件內(nèi)孔加工Ф100~Ф150mm范圍內(nèi)。

■根據(jù)客戶加工不同工件需要可更換鏜桿及鏜刀，夾方式靈活多樣，單刀、多刀均可使用。鏜刀頭帶*微調(diào)裝置，可通過人工手動(dòng)微調(diào)進(jìn)刀量。
