雙油缸立式下拉床
Double oil cylinder on the downward broaching machine
雙油缸立式內拉床為馬達轉子及重車滑套等專門設計制造的。該加工件的特點是形狀復雜，加工余量大，定位困難，且精度要求高，針對以上要求。我公司在通用400KN，600KN，800KN，1000KN，1200KN立式拉床的基礎上，增加了相應的拉刀導向裝置，產品定位裝置和拉刀自動夾緊裝置等。機床具有自動、半自動及手動調整加工的功能。單道工序節拍達40件/小時。
This machine is specially designed for broaching flange type housing, rotor of oil hydraulic motor in AUDI auto and sliding bush.
Work piece above mentioned usually has complex shape; big machining allowance and it is hard to positioning and need high accuracy. So we added broach guide device positioning device and self-holding device on 400KN ，600KN ，800KN，1000KN，1200KN vertical broaching machine to realize auto, semi-auto and manual machining.
Producing efficiency for each procedure: 40 pieces/hour
