◆機(jī)床結(jié)構(gòu)采用砂輪架移動式外圓磨床結(jié)構(gòu),工件只作旋轉(zhuǎn)運動,砂輪架拖板(Z軸)在拖板床身上作縱向往復(fù)運動,砂輪架(X軸)在拖板上作橫向進(jìn)給運動,操作位置在拖板上的結(jié)構(gòu)布局。MCW1 380A系列外圓磨床床身結(jié)構(gòu)為工件床身與拖板床身鑄成一體,直徑800以上外圓磨床均采用工件床身和拖板床身分離結(jié)構(gòu)。

◆拖板縱向Z軸傳動部分 為伺服電機(jī)驅(qū)動齒輪齒條傳動,部分長度5米以內(nèi)的數(shù)控型機(jī)床采用伺服電機(jī)驅(qū)動滾珠絲杠傳動。

◆砂輪架橫向X軸全部為伺服電機(jī)驅(qū)動滾珠絲杠傳動。

◆拖板縱向及砂輪架橫向?qū)к壘捎眯逗墒届o壓導(dǎo)軌,低速運動平穩(wěn)。

◆砂輪架主軸采用高剛性動靜壓主軸,回轉(zhuǎn)精度高,剛性好,磨削質(zhì)量高。

◆頂磨型機(jī)床頭架及尾架主軸均為旋轉(zhuǎn)式活主軸結(jié)構(gòu),主軸采用超精密滾動軸承支撐,稀油強力潤滑,定位精度高,承載大。頂磨型機(jī)床的回轉(zhuǎn)精度*由頭、尾架主軸系選用的高精度軸承的精度保證,所以磨削質(zhì)量高。

◆頂磨型機(jī)床可選配四爪卡盤,可以實現(xiàn)一夾-頂?shù)姆绞竭M(jìn)行磨削。
