機床用途 Machine Applications
YA3115型滾齒機用于加工3模數(shù)以下的直齒和斜齒圓柱齒輪（超規(guī)格使用可用于3.5模數(shù)），以及蝸輪的加工。
本機床zui少加工齒數(shù)為3齒的圓柱齒輪，故特別適用于電動工具行業(yè)，也適用于縫紉機工業(yè)，儀表制造工業(yè)以及各種機械行業(yè)小批和批量生產(chǎn)的齒輪加工。
本機床滾刀主軸軸向調(diào)整量可達40毫米，延長刀具的使用壽命。
本機床采用手動徑向調(diào)節(jié)，軸向自動進給，當齒輪切削完成后自動停車。

YA3115 gear hobbing machine is designed for straight toothed spur gear less than three modules and helical-spur gear hobbing, worm gear can be processed as well. This machine is for at least 3 tooth spur gears hobbing, especially suitable for small batch and mass production of gear in electric tool industry and sewing machine industry, instrument manufacturing industry and all kinds of mechanical industry.
The axial adjustment of the hob spindle can reach up to 40mm to extend its using life.
The machine adopts hand radial adjustment, axial auto feeding, it will stop automatically after hobbing.
