1、The main transimssion system adopts advanced two shifts of mechanical variation and the electricity is stepless variation , which realized larger range of variation of the main spindle. The man drive motor adopts Siemens AC main spindle motor which has large start torque and the function of man spindle direction .
2、Accuracy compensation technology , digital electrolyte proportion vale control are adopted so as to keep the accuracy requirement of the main spindle:
Two hydraulic cylinders are mounted at the bask of square ram so as so realize deformation compensation for square ram.

1、機床主傳動系統采用*的多檔機械變速一電氣無級調速方式,使主軸實現較大范圍無級調速.主傳動電機采用德國西門子交流主軸電機,啟動扭矩大。具有主軸定向功能。
2、采取數字式電液比例控制,保證滑枕平衡,滿足機床主軸伸出后的精度要求;
裝于方滑枕后部的兩個液壓油缸實現方滑枕變形補償方法。
3、滑座、滑枕、主軸箱導軌采用多點關閉式靜壓導軌,動、靜摩擦系數相當.保證了進給時低速無爬行。
4.機床控制系統采用德國西門子公司生產的全數字840D CNC系統,進給電機采用西門子數字交流服伺電機。
